Gold and Black Nail Art - Elegant Evening Design

Lately I love the combination between gold and black. I just think it's so elegant and perfect for a special occasion. So for my birthday I decided to wear black with some gold accessories and a gold and black manicure.
It's very easy to do and adds glamour to a the 'little black dress' outfit.

How to recreate it:
The products I used are in the picture below.

- First paint your nails gold and create an angled french with a glittery gold nail polish
- Add the paillettes on your nails, just a few at the very base of the nail
- Using black acrylic paint and a liner create the black lines
- Using black and white acrylic paint and a detail brush create the abstract shapes on the ring finger and thumb.
- Apply topcoat

Back then I had my long natural nails, sadly I have broken a few and had to cut them all. I am now waiting for my nails to grow. So all my next nail art designs will be on short nails for the next few months.
